Privacy policy

This policy applies to the cvlivecareer site. The contact for privacy matters is contact@ativoinovation.com.

If you are a data subject in Brazil, you can exercise LGPD rights through the same channels. We have not appointed a separate data protection officer (DPO): requests go to the email above.

• the resume stays in your browser, not in an account with us;
• we do not ask for a sign-up or password;
• the PDF is only generated after payment is confirmed;
• card and bank details, if any, stay with the payment provider;
• we use audience-measurement cookies (Google Analytics).

Name, email, phone, city, photo, experience, education, skills, languages, certifications, and the summary text are filled in by you. They stay in the browser’s local storage (localStorage) on this device.

We do not use that content to profile you, sell lists, or send ads. Without a PDF request, this data generally never leaves your device.

To build the PDF file, the content may be sent once to the server only to draw and return the download. The payment identifier goes with the request so the server can confirm the purchase exists.

We do not keep a resume database. Processing is one-off, to provide the service you asked for. After the file is generated, control of the PDF copy is yours.

We store in your browser an identifier for the paid order, only so we can unlock the download button again on this device. The server checks that the order was actually paid.

Card number, CVV, and bank password do not go through our form: they stay with the payment provider, which has its own privacy policy. We may receive charge status (paid, cancelled, order identifier) to deliver the PDF.

If you write through the contact page, the text goes via your email app to contact@ativoinovation.com. We use name, email, and message only to reply. We do not turn this into a marketing list.

The site uses Google Analytics (identifier G-ZYXL93CHPD) to understand visits, pages viewed, and traffic sources. This may involve cookies, device identifiers, and an approximate IP address, processed by Google under its own policy.

You can block cookies in the browser or use privacy extensions. The site still works for building the resume; some metrics stop being collected.

• performance of a contract or pre-contract steps: generating the preview, receiving payment, and delivering the PDF;
• legitimate interest: payment security, fraud prevention, and basic site statistics;
• consent: when you send us an email or accept non-essential cookies, if that is required;
• legal obligation: keeping tax records or responding to an authority, if applicable.

We do not sell your data. We may share what is strictly necessary with:

• the payment provider, to charge and confirm the purchase;
• hosting and infrastructure, so the site and PDF generation work;
• Google Analytics, for audience measurement;
• authorities, when the law requires it.

• resume in the browser: until you delete the site data or clear storage;
• PDF request: the technical time needed to generate and send the file;
• payment identifier in the browser: until you clear this site’s data;
• contact emails: the time needed to respond and, if applicable, meet a legal duty;
• payment records at the provider: according to tax rules and the provider’s own rules.

Under the LGPD, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion of unnecessary data, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent when processing is based on it.

Because most of the resume lives only in your browser, the most direct way to delete it is to clear this site’s data in your device settings. For anything we hold (for example an email you sent), write to contact@ativoinovation.com.

You may also complain to Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

We take reasonable measures for the site and for the one-off PDF transfer. No system is infallible. The resume in the browser depends on the security of your device: account password, updates, antivirus, and not leaving the session open on someone else’s computer.

We are not responsible for leaks, loss, or disclosure caused by your device, by third parties, or after you download or send the PDF. Details are in the Terms of use.

Payment, analytics, and hosting providers may process data outside Brazil, including in the United States. In those cases, processing follows the mechanisms provided in the LGPD and in the contracts with those suppliers.

The service is not directed at people under 16. If a guardian learns that a minor sent data through the contact form, they may request deletion via the email above.

We may update this text when the service, the law, or suppliers change. The date at the top shows the version in force. Using the site after publication implies awareness of the new version.
